TEA

is a strong, hindered base with an aqueous pKa of 10.75. 

NMM

is considerably less basic (aqueous pKa = 7.38) and bulky than both TEA and DIPEA.

DIPEA

is the most sterically hindered of the commonly used bases and it is also one of the most basic ones (aqueous pKa = 10.1). 

Pyridine (py)

is a less hindered, weaker base (pKa =5.14). 

1,8-Diazabicyclo[5.4.0]undec-7-ene (DBU) 

is a strong (aqueous pKa = 11.5), non-nucleophilic base 

2,6-Lutidine (2,6-dimethylpyridine) 

is a sterically hindered, weakly nucleophilic, and mild base with a pKa of 6.6

Imidazole 

is a low-cost, weakly nucleophilic, and mild base with a pKa of 6.95.

N-Methylimidazole (NMI)

like imidazole, is a low-cost, weakly nucleophilic, mild base (pKa = 7.06) whose use on scale has been limited.
